Most salons respond to booking enquiries within a few hours during business hours. Your enquiry is delivered to the salon by email instantly, and they can reply directly to your inbox. If you haven't heard back within 24 hours, try calling the salon directly using the phone number on their profile.

All payments are made directly to the salon at the time of your appointment — either in cash, by card, or however the individual salon accepts payment. Glowra does not handle payments. The prices shown on each salon profile are set by the salon themselves.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set by each individual salon. We recommend contacting the salon directly as soon as possible — most salons appreciate at least 24 hours' notice. The contact details are available on the salon's Glowra profile.
